Parisian Bathroom of My Dreams

Since the day I bought my condo last June, I have been dying to renovate my bathroom. Luckily, I have been trapped in quarantine for a month now. I took this opportunity to do some renovating. I ripped out old mirrors, hung a new light fixture, changed my faucet, added new hardware and hung new decor. I of course don’t have an extra 20K laying around to fully demo my bathroom. I made it my mission to renovate what I can and make as many small improvements as I could! I strived for a simple black and white bathroom with a little bit of Paris sprinkled in.

My sink is my pride and joy and I lucked out when it came to my bathroom accessories. I found a great round mirror at Home Depot. Scored the coolest matte black sink in the world from Kingston Brass. Found several cute faux plants from Target and TJmaxx. I of course had to buy my favorite soap and lotion set from Cowshed. I bought a black live wood edge bath caddy for my tub from CB2. It comes in handy when i’m Netflixing and drinking wine in my bubble baths. To keep my color story aesthetically pleasing, I even bought a black toothbrush from Marvis and some charcoal toothpaste from BLAQ. I am in love with my Parisian sink collection. I bought a soap dish, soap pump, toothbrush holder, jewelry tray and trinket dish from Anthropologie. Everybody needs new towels, I snagged mine at Kohl’s from their sweet new UGG Koolaburra collection. The softness is unreal. I picked up an adorable ‘wash your hands’ sign from the Chip and Joanna Gaines collection at Target too!

It has been a blast changing out the light fixtures and hardware. I picked up a matte black toilet paper holder and decided to paint my magnifying wall mirror black too. I could not be more proud of how far my bathroom has come. I swear Pinterest built the Parisian bathroom of my dreams but this is only the beginning. I have plans to swap out my whirlpool tub with a claw foot soaker tub eventually. I also want to get a fun black and white floral tile for my bathroom floor. Fingers crossed I can rip out my shower and find myself a new matte black shower head. It will compliment the white subway tile, black grout and black penny tile floor I have dreamed up in my head. I guess I’ll just have to stick to Pinterest for now.
